About our yoga

At Pure Life Yoga we believe yoga is not a "one size fits all" affair; whatever brings you to yoga will be waiting there for you, along with a whole lot more.  We teach classical hatha yoga, which offers a full range of ancient practices, including:

  • Asana (postures)
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Dhyana (meditation)
  • Yoga Vidya & Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
  • Shatkarmas (cleansing practices)

Classes may include any combination of flowing and held postures to stretch, strengthen and challenge you while creating space within the body for the breath and prana (energy) to move freely.  Classes are suitable for all, from the absolute beginner to the more advanced practitioner.   Refer to the Classes page for full details of the classes we offer.
