About our yoga

At Pure Life Yoga we believe yoga is not a "one size fits all" affair; whatever brings you to yoga will be waiting there for you, along with a whole lot more.  We teach classical hatha yoga, which offers a full range of ancient and profound practices, including:

  • Asana (postures)

  • Pranayama (breathing)

  • Dhyana (meditation)

  • Yoga Vidya & Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)

  • Shatkarmas (cleansing practices)

We can custom design yoga sessions based on your individual needs and interests. Sessions may include any combination of flowing and held postures to stretch, strengthen and challenge you while creating space within the body for the breath and prana (energy) to move freely.

We cater to all levels of practitioner, from the absolute beginner wanting to learn the basics of starting a yoga practice, to the more advanced practitioner to help you deepen your experience and knowledge of yoga.
